Support may be falling but 8 new governors have folded to receive federal money (Chris Christy for instance). This is the insidiousness of Obamacare, the need to fund the growing Medicare costs which only the government will have because they can print it (as long as congress allows it). They pay 100% of the extra costs initially to get them hooked in and in the future it goes away. This is short term strategy that is being applied to long term problems because for the short term politicians, even though they may not agree with the law will take the money so as not to be tagged with the long term consequences.
Obamacare is actually a modern form of slavery and un Constitutional, no matter what Chief Justice Roberts says.
