My word…if this doesn’t smell of police and prosecutorial hubris nothing does. It’s amazing what wearing a “badge” or watching too much Law & Order can do to one’s self importance. Abuse of power…anyboby?

And to think this is really all about a t-shirt?!!!???

Let this incident create the next George Washington, let this kid grow up to be his political doppelganger due to the lessons about abuse of power and statism he will learn.

  • If the charges are dismissed, I hope the family sues the hell out of the school system and the local PD. If anyone is guilty of “disturbing the educational process”, it’s the ninny of the so-called ‘teacher’. If they’d kept their mouth shut and, you know, did their job (teaching the class), none of this would have happened.

“shirt apparently pictured a firearm . . .” Oh. My. God. He wore a weaponized t-shirt. We should all be glad that the State is ever vigilant in protecting our most precious asset, the children.
