The Russians today successfully launched a new crew of three to ISS using their Soyuz rocket.

This additional successful launch of this rocket provides further reassurance that it can be depended on and suggests that they are getting a handle on their quality control problems.

Another successful launch doesn’t mean they can be depended on (suddenly).
Due to F9 loss now it seems that all has started at zero again. And a good launch is a milestone to be reckoned with. Not true.
