  • It mystifies me why people listen to these groups, much less obey their demands. Private citizens are in no way beholden to these busybodies.

    The Establishment Clause reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,” followed by the Free Exercise Clause: “or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”

    As long as a government body doesn’t legislate that only Christian symbols can be placed on public property, or prohibit the display of other symbols, I don’t see that these wannabe fascists have a legal leg to stand on. Indeed, they appear to be violating enumerated Constitutional protections. The only proper response to these meddling microwits is “See you in court”.
