I dropped Best Buy this Spring when a Chinese made shredder that cost $65 broke 95 days after my purchase. Best Buy policy is to not exchange defective products after 90 days. This is after the fact that Best Buy started automatically cashing out my Rewards points without my knowledge. Guess what Best Buy, no longer buying from you is MY policy.

Best Buy is always my first choice to examine merchandise in person, collect model numbers while there and then pursue a real purchase on the internet!
