It shows all the best traits of the Japanese, as I saw firsthand during my 4 years living there; a mixture of humility, hard work, incredible resilience, and appreciation for others. Notice that the person they mourn in the video is an American teacher, rather than one of the tens of thousands of Japanese who perished or are still missing.
