DOUBT THAT DOMINION OR SMARTMATIC CAN MANIPULATE THE VOTE?

Listen to the CEO of SMARTMATIC commenting on a 2018 election in Venezuela that they ran.

https://youtu.be/4103AcM6yoc ; 2 MIN.

He, "Regrets to report", the difference between votes cast and votes recorded? 1 million fraudulent votes. In elections its the counting that counts, not so much the voting.

If this Dominion / Smartmatic and who ever else issue is not dug into and the truth of this matter revealed then we, the American people have no reason to vote in the future. Why would you?

Your credit card company knows to the penny what your charges are and when you charged it and does this with almost absolute accuracy, so why cant our voting be conducted in a similar manner?

The answer is quite simple, the political powers that be do not want that level of accuracy. The political powers that be, specifically the Democrat powers that be have no interest in such verifiable election results, lest they never be able to acquire or retain political power.

And that is just how simple it all is.

So if you are poo, pooing the president and his Republican allies in their accusations that their has been a less than an honest election in this presidential election they have very solid evidence that it has indeed been corrupted and your vote and your will as an American citizen has been usurped.

How does that make you feel?

2019: SENATORS DEMAND INFORMATION ON DOMINION

This is not my opinion, these opinions in 2019 are by Democrat Senators Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar about the lack of security and the ownership pedigree of Dominion voting systems. The state of Texas rejected the Dominion system outright because it was not in their opinion a secure system. Why would America allow a foreign owned company tabulate and apparently be able to manipulate Americans votes?

"In a 2019 letter, Sen. Amy Klobuchar raised concerns about the “trouble-plagued companies” managing voting machines across the country, calling reports of faulty machines and software a threat to the “integrity of our elections.”

https://alphanewsmn.com/in-letter-to-dominion-investor-klobuchar-said-issues-with-voting-machines-threaten-integrity-of-elections/

“We are particularly concerned that secretive and ‘trouble-plagued companies,’ owned by private equity firms and responsible for manufacturing and maintaining voting machines and other election administration equipment, ‘have long skimped on security in favor of convenience,’ leaving voting systems across the country ‘prone to security problems,’” states the letter."

And now Amy Klobuchar is impatient for the election to be over and the "results" be accepted, even though she herself along with Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren have apparently forgotten their previous concerns and letter?

ONLY TRUMP LOSES VOTES? NOT BIDEN?

There has been without doubt an election manipulation executed in Pennsylvania and it appears to be with the programs that tally the numbers of votes, and this is plain to see to me. These programs of manipulation exist and as we all know, if it is a program in a computer there can without doubt exist the opportunity to manipulate the results.

And these anomalies in the many counties throughout the country, curiously all apparently Democrat counties, do seem to have been manipulated. The supreme court will determine what is what, and I do not necessarily trust them either. The court has to see these shifts in numbers as being consequential to the election, and they just may when they add them all up. This is now a job for a son of a female dog of a no nonsense pit bull of a lawyer to argue.

"President Trump lost -1,063 in Allegheny; -2,972 in Bucks; -7,135 in Chester Counties at the same time period.
Joe Biden did not lose any votes."

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/glitches-pennsylvania-votes-trump-drop-three-different-counties-time-period-almost-coordinated/

"All goes well for Trump until 2020-11-04 21:15:00 when he loses just under 10,000 votes, but curiously from three different counties simultaneously: -1,063 Allegheny; -2,972 Bucks; -7,135 Chester. Biden never lost any votes (at least, in this late voting)."

It is clear to me that if a Democrat party operative can cheat or lets say massage the numbers in order to retain or acquire political power, and they think they will not be detected, they will do just that. The Republicans cheat in other ways, both party's are corrupt, but the Democrats must cheat.

This will all be settled to my satisfaction or not as it goes through the process that is in place as per the Constitution, the Founders anticipated it all. POLITICS: THE DIRTIEST, FILTHIEST MOST CORRUPT AND MOST DEADLY GAME THAT HUMAN BEINGS PARTICIPATE IN.

Yes Trump took 5 deferments. Deferments were legally acceptable.
As opposed to all the cowards who ran to Canada. The same ones that Carter Pardoned (he needed votes).
Or run away to England ( Bill Clinton).
Or ran elsewhere.
Or claim that he tried to join, but turned out it was a total lie (Michael Bloomberg).
Or get five deferments, and then claim he went to Vietnam (Blumenthal)

Deferments, or opportunities to join the NG were LEGAL. You can not like them, but that is the fact.
Draft Dodging or false claims of service were illegal and dishonorable.

Side note, they decided that the Stolen Valor laws only apply if the person got something of value from the lie.
Getting elected to the Senate really should qualify.

Robert Zimmerman wrote: “<i>I love the way our elections are now decided not by law but by the declarations of decidedly partisan news organizations.</i>”

Of course people allow the news organizations to decide our elections. Why not?

They let the news organizations tell them to wear masks. Then as the news stories change from a mask mandate in order to remind us that we are in crisis to a mandate in order to save lives, buy-in easily comes to those who allow the news to tell them what is what, buy-in to the point that they argue that the science shows that the news organizations are correct. Thus our wardrobes are dramatically changed.

They also allow news organizations to tell them that the science is settled and that global warming will result in several degree rise in Earth's temperature by the end of the century as well as a devastating rise in the oceans, unless we make lifestyle changes. Then the news stories change from global warming to climate change, even though climates have always changed on the planet. Now, any change in the weather is seen as proof of catastrophic climate change.

So if the news organizations can determine our wardrobes and lifestyles, why not decide our leadership?

Support him at your own risk. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Politics will proceed as scheduled Trump or Biden. It's past the ballot box.

Robert, thank you, excellent points, and thanks for this forum. Yes, there is certainly a difference -- in name (Republican/conservative vs Democrat/liberal).

Indeed, I even pointed out indirectly what that difference was -- today's Republican/conservative is very different from today's Democrat/liberal. Today's D/l is commie pinko; today's R/c is different, it's like the D/l of the '70s. There is no party or movement to represent what R/c used to be.

APOLOGY for the typos ... I walk what I talk and hope all here do by regular subscription (like me) or tip jar, to pay our way.

I hope folks hear me out for a longer perspective of current failed party politics. The 11 primaries in which I carefully participated in the past showed me that ultimately the large majority of Republicans and conservatives, both, failed to walk what they talked when it came time to vote, and as well to listen to the talk if it wasn't what they wanted to hear.

Hence, Republicans and conservatives today are comparable to Democrats and liberals of the 60s - 70s, a little in how they talk, hugely in how they walk.

Increasingly over the decades, on the pretense of voting "against" the opponent, we, I, ended up voting FOR more government every time. Those who vote "against" have zero representation because voting "against" is an imaginary action.

Didn't Trump trash and eviscerate 17 other opponents and then HE was made the candidate of the Republican party? Joe Biden's only resemblance to that was that in the end HE was made the candidate.

Biden himself is a non entity here, a mask for those who would be president, a Bernie proxy at best.

Why is it hard? Because it is worth while. Everything is hard for Trump, especially in politics.

More fundamentally are the clear policy differences between what Trump has done, and what all recent Democrats have routinely done once in office.

Coutour, the fact that a self-described pinko commie views Trump as "not too bad" and Biden as a "bit too senile" to oversee the Red Button should tell you something.

Robert, I am a monthly donator to your site so I am walking the walk, and I here talk the talk -- me, a former die-hard conservative and Republican, veteran of 11 presidential primaries. Trump won the R nomination about the same way as Biden won the presidency, differing in details only. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

Ronald Reagan was a wise man who believed in the American people, authentically. And 2016 proved him correct -- large, clear majorities of Americans who trouble to vote said loudly and clearly, "You stink!" to both candidates. That's not even counting those who held their nose while voting for either candidate: Former First Lady Hillary or Trump, a guy to truly successful entrepreneur billionaires much what Tyson is to real working scientists.

Robert, I did my due diligence investing many hours of research in 2016 trying to prove they were just lies against Trump ... only to find that they were actually true and a lot more ugliness beyond. I listened to his campaign speeches and heard a statist '70s Democrat. Republicans and conservatives of today hate me because I reject a lemon labeled an orange. Trumps and mini trumps are sewn throughout the Republican hierarchy

Charlie Brown always falls for Lucy holding the football.

Today, a probable large plurality of concerned Americans reject what both parties and movements have become.

However, the divide between Republican and Democrat is the sole focus of popularly consumed media screaming "American divided in two!"

Yet the divide among Americans is in 3 -- among established party/movement loyalties and those of us who reject statist nanny government under any label or future promise.

We have separation of church and state. Now we must establish separation of medicine and state if we want to remain a free people. That seems clear as of now.

If the Electoral College ends, so does so does our liberty. The EC is even more vital than the 2nd Amendment.

Cotour-
good stuff.
Yes, we wait.
------------------------

Apologies to mr Z in advance for taking up a bit of real-estate, but some people are fuzzy on exactly how we elect the President:
The current timeline:

November 3, 2020—Election Day
(first Tuesday after the first Monday in November)
During the general election your vote helps determine your State's electors. When you vote for a Presidential candidate, you aren't actually voting for President. You are telling your State which candidate you want your State to vote for at the meeting of the electors. The States use these general election results (also known as the popular vote) to appoint their electors. The winning candidate's State political party selects the individuals who will be the electors.

Mid-November through December 14, 2020
After the presidential election, the Governor of your State prepares seven *Certificates of Ascertainment.* “As soon as practicable,” after the election results in your State are certified, the Governor sends one of those original Certificates of Ascertainment to the Archivist.

By December 8, 2020—States resolve controversies
(at least six days before the meeting of the electors)

States must make final decisions in any controversies over the appointment of their electors at least six days before the meeting of the electors. This is so their electoral votes will be presumed valid when presented to Congress. Decisions by States’ courts are conclusive, if decided under laws enacted before Election Day.

December 14, 2020—electors vote in their States
The electors meet in their respective States and vote for President and Vice President on separate ballots. The electors record their votes on six *Certificates of Vote,* which are paired with the six remaining Certificates of Ascertainment. The electors sign, seal, and certify six sets of electoral votes. A set of electoral votes consists of one Certificate of Ascertainment and one Certificate of Vote.

December 23, 2020—electoral votes arrive
Electoral votes (the Certificates of Vote) must be received by the President of the Senate and the Archivist no later than nine days after the meeting of the electors. If votes are lost or delayed, the Archivist may take extraordinary measures to retrieve duplicate originals.

On or before January 3, 2021—Archivist transfers Certificates to Congress
As the new Congress assembles, the Archivist transmits sets of Certificates to Congress, as requested. This generally happens when the Senate does not receive its set of Certificates on time. The transfer occurs in late December or early January when OFR’s Legal staff meets with representatives of the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House.

January 6, 2021—Congress counts the electoral votes
Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes. The Vice President, as President of the Senate, presides over the count and announces the results of the Electoral College vote. The President of the Senate then declares which persons, if any, have been elected President and Vice President of the United States.

If any objections to the electoral votes are made, they must be submitted in writing and be signed by at least one member of the House and one Senator.
-- If objections are presented, the House and Senate withdraw to their respective chambers to consider the merits of the objection(s) under procedures set out in Federal law.

If no Presidential candidate wins at least 270 electoral votes (a majority of the 538 available votes), under the 12th Amendment to the Constitution the House of Representatives decides the Presidential election.
If necessary, the House would elect the President by majority vote, choosing from among the three candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by State, *with each State having one vote.* (The District of Columbia does not vote because it doesn't have voting members in the House of Representatives.)

If no Vice Presidential candidate wins at least 270 electoral votes (a majority or the 538 available votes), under the 12th Amendment the Senate elects the Vice President.
If necessary, the Senate would elect the Vice President by majority vote, choosing between the two candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. Each Senator would have one vote.

And they were in plain clothes.

This all goes to the supreme court and then to congress? Very possible, maybe very likely?

They tried this in 2000, but it didn't stick. The rule of law took precedence.

We will have to see how all the election procedure tampering has worked for the Democrats, in the past 20 years. There was a time when an election could be determined with great certainty by Wednesday morning, but the Democrats decided that the methods used were not working in their favor all the time, so they have been setting it up so that they can add more votes in the following days in order to assure Democrat wins. They used this to great effect in this election, unlike the 2016 election, when their vote tampering just wasn't enough.

"<i>I find it more than tragic that so many people are now quite willing to abandon the rule of law, for merely partisan reasons.</i>"

If the rule of law does not get you what you want, then how good is the law? This is why California so drastically changed its election laws, so that Democrats can get what they want virtually all the time. If the Democrats cannot get what they want fair and square then they change what is fair and what is square.

Now this may be an opportunity. Like his politics or not, we do have an astronaut in the Senate again, and I hear some rumbling about space solar power advocates pushing for a space centric green new deal..

Now, Biden has a few months between when he is sworn in and when he is ushered out in favor of She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed.

In the mean time, he will be the Oval Office version of McClane Stevenson’s character on M*A*S*H with Chris Hayes as Radar shoving papers on the desk.

And there will Biden be, hat with fish hooks and head full of indecision, wondering what he just signed.

SPSS with F-35’s budget needs to be one of those Bills. Shelby might go for it, pro-space Republicans and Democrats alike might make this the one piece of legislation that goes all the way through.
