As for “Arrested for handing out Bibles” — I suppose going to a Islamic event to hand out bibles could very easily be seen as disrespectful and provocative. “IF” that started causing problems authorities would want to separate folks.

As is though its hard to tell what’s really the story — and yes, normally provocative jerks don’t get carted off. Course in Islamic countries they kill you for handing out bibles, so Michigan still come out ahead.
