‘Moderna CEO: Not everyone will need an annual COVID booster’

The COVID-19 booster market is starting to look more like an annual flu season than it did in the first two years of the pandemic.

That’s according to Moderna (MRNA) CEO Stéphane Bancel, who joined Yahoo Finance’s 2022 All Markets Summit to discuss the COVID vaccine outlook.

Bancel noted that not everyone is likely to need an annual booster. “I think it’s going to be like the flu. If you’re a 25-year-old do you need an annual booster every year if you’re healthy? You might want to … but I think it’s going to be similar to flu where it’s going to be people at high risk, people above 50 years of age, people with co-morbidities,” Bancel said.

This is a wildly dishonest article. First, Stéphane Bancel did not say the words that the author put in quotation marks and attributed to him. He was talking about the rationale for getting, or not getting, a booster. He said it’s “a bit like the flu” in the following way: If you’re 25 and healthy, and you don’t get a flu shot, you’re “highly unlikely” to die if you get the flu. Covid is “similar to” flu in that way. If you’re young, healthy and unvaccinated and you get Covid, it isn’t likely to kill you.

But he also emphasizes that among those who get Covid, the unvaccinated are much more likely than the vaccinated to require hospitalization, and more likely to die. That is a fact confirmed by reams of statistical data from multiple countries.

In short, there is nothing new in this interview. He doe not “admit to past lies.” This is not an Emily Litella moment. And he clearly does not say that Covid is “simply the flu,” nor does he say that it is “harmless to the healthy.”

What a weird statement. Science does not help understand what is taking place in the market. At best it could have been used to measure how the faux vaccines were working in the general population, but scientific studies were not performed, so science had nothing to do with the market.

Before it was released into the market, however, they performed some studies, but they were performed faster than the speed of science, and either these studies failed to show the adverse affects or the manufacturers refused to release that data. This data was crucial information for making informed decisions on getting the jab.

From the second video, and from Let’s Go Brandon’s own mouth: “Fully vaccinated people are at a very, very low risk of getting COVID19.”

This is the very same Brandon who caught Wuhan flu despite being a fully vaccinated person, and his wife caught it, too. Many of the jabbed people around me have tested positive. So much for low risk.

You may have thought that we didn’t trust government before, but we definitely don’t trust them anymore. Ten years after nationalizing heathcare (the activity, not the companies), government murdered tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) through their cluster fiasco reaction to the Wuhan flu, and it destroyed our economy and society.
