SCOTUS does not always get it right.
Remember Dred Scott.
Just pray that it does not take that long, nor a violent conflict, to correct.

It is too bad.
Following the UK Supreme Court’s recent ruling on biological sex, our Court could have really helped right things here by supporting the common sense point of view, and affirming that we do not have to buy into other peoples’ delusion, fetish and fantasy.

SCOTUS isn’t the one to enforce this. Trump DoEd / DoJ could enforce a cut of federal funds to schools that limit free speech. This would force the school district to go to court to get the money back. They would judge shop and end up with a Clinton / O’Bama / Biden judge who would issue a nationwide injunction against free speech (optics are great with this one). Trump DoJ would appeal it all the way to SCOTUS which would end up being forced to take the case. The question Roberts and his band of Merry Judges will have to face is which embarrassment do you want to deal with? The big one or the little one? My guess is they will be forced to deal with the big one. Cheers –

This kid is getting one heck of an education. I see him in 25 years as something like a Constitutional lawyer bringing hell to the left.
