					<description><![CDATA[In the Seattle area, December seemed a bit warmer than usual, with January being quite cold.  Hard to make that correlation with the graph, but you know....  And, the weather out of Europe has been exceptionally cold.  i read the coldest in 26 years, in some parts, in the last 2 weeks.]]></description>
