There are many cynics who think they will kick the can down the road a month and some super cynics who think the FAA will go full Joe Biden on us and demand a new full environmental assessment which will take 4 to 5 years.

Texas Republican leaders (Gov Abbott, Sen Cruz, Sen Cornyn, Toby Baker (Director of Texas Commission of Environmental Quality), Christi Craddick (RR Commission), the entire RINO Texas legislature – are all a disappointment on this subject and so many more.

yeah, Ted Cruz is a huge disappointment to me. How can he not be making a big deal about SpaceX being harassed by the Biden admin?
