"Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd."

These actions are being characterized by the administration as "mistakes", a mistake is when you misfile a form and your mistake costs someone a bit of time as you either find your mistake or new paper work is filed. The willful, organized and purposeful denial of a citizens rights to further a particular political party's agenda and or to intimidate and foil them is a crime.

I have a feeling there are going to be many subpoenas and many claims of 5th amendment rights in the coming future.
