It seems the Constitution is no obstacle to anything anymore – a president can openly flout Constutuitional laws by Executive Order, and courts allow invasions of privacy clearly in violation of the 4th Amendment. And we have regime in power for another 4 years that will only seek to expand its power – does anyone think Obama’s re-election will cause him to feel more cautious, more respectful of Constitutional limits on his power?
