Actually what Obama does here is irrelevant. If the courts continue to rule that this appointments are illegal, it means that any decisions made by the board under those appointments are invalid. The companies affected will be able to sue and win.

The law still matters. We just have to use it to the full to stop this criminal president.]]></description>
