I’d bet 95% of Americans (including myself prior to 2010) are ignorant of how our healthcare system got so utterly fouled up. My supposition about health care, going back to Hillarycare, and confirmed by the 2012 election, is that most people are standing around with their hand out saying “Gimme, and don’t charge me.”
