"If it gets Rocket-4 off the ground ..."

Despite anything that Chris Kemp says, this will be their 2nd biggest challenge.
The biggest challenge will be repeating it, because have already proved themselves unreliable.

As far as I can tell, they have not abandoned the model of rockets made cheap and fast, and launched at a high cadence, as the means of overcoming low quality manufacturing.

Nor is there any mention, that I can find, of re-usability.

"If Electrons were a Ferrari, Kemp reasoned, he would build Fords." is a quote from Ashlee Vance's book (and subsequent documentary When the Heavens Went on Sale/Wild Wild Space).

Kemp had them build Edsels and Pintos, not the GT40s.

Unless Kemp has hired the rocket world equivalent of Carroll Shelby, I am not expecting much.
