					<description><![CDATA[Due to inefficiencies of launching against the earth&#039;s rotation, it would appear that all of the Norwegian Sea launch ports won&#039;t launch to the west but rather will launch northward into polar orbit(s). That being the case, with regard to Sweden given its geography I don&#039;t understand why they don&#039;t put a spaceport on the north coast of the (northern) Baltic Sea, then launch southward along the length of that sea into polar orbit.]]></description>
