While your solution would serve as an effective stark warning to those who would dare to violate the Objective rules of operation concerning banking and the people’s free access by Right to use them within normal operations to freely do their business, alas that is a Subjective fantasy.

Those who were politically empowered who would enact such a scheme suffer consequences at the polls. You get what you pay / vote for.

Those within the bureaucracy however who enforce such a Subjective and politically convenient agenda in the service of clearly partisan political warfare if there is a paper trail / evidence of overt corruption and the violation of the people’s ability to live freely might have some legal vulnerability? Depends on who is in control of the government apparatus.

As an example: 37 people installed within the deep state the other day lost their security clearances. Mr. Comey, Brennan and Clapper and possibly even Ma Barker (Hillary Clinton) herself and many more may in fact at least be indicted for such similar clearly partisan political actions in the service of “The Cause”.

At least force them to defend themselves in a protracted federal prosecution. Although we can already see Ma Barker and other partisans playing up to Trumps ego by supporting his receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.

And Trump has responded in a predictable and characteristically positive manner to her pandering.

At this level of politics, they MAY be indicted and forced to defend themselves but there are those among them who will sleep well at night understanding that at least some or all of them will receive a pardon or clemency from a politically involved president in power at the moment.

You, me and everyone else exist within the Pedestrian Realm where things are more black and white, and that condition is not so in the Political Realm where politically empowered or connected individuals are afforded a pass in their political warfare schemes and actions in pursuit of political power and control.

I just like you would love to see this rule violated to some degree in this very contentious time in American history in order to discourage such destructive anti American political warfare activities. We wait.

I doubt my meager contributions got me into operation choke point. But it was no coincidence and leftists will abuse any power they have.

I strongly encourage people to vote with your wallet and debank them instead. Not just banks, we simply have to stop doing business with those people wherever possible. There is a developing conservative ecosystem and other alternatives.

They will mess with you if they think they can get away with it, even if you’re just a little guy. Whatever messed with my account or the fraud algorithm, got away with it.

Rather than a perfect solution, I propose a good enough solution: as a start, a return to tar, feather, riding out of town on a rail for all the feds that demanded this and all the banking execs who went along.
