I saw it announced that they have the largest Navy in the world now.
In a technocracy, you do not waste resources on things you do not intend to use to further your main objectives.
Russia is still a large player in the game, they are wuse to maintain friendly relations.
China recently was bragging that they already control and have people in place in every level of the United States government. They control the economy/ stock market.
Here’s an example what they would do to the world, by what they do to there own people who are not like everyone else. Just a human resource.
