					<description><![CDATA[So the PRC is going to do with Shenzhou 20 pretty much what the Russians did with their damaged Soyuz a couple of years back and what NASA did with Starliner last year - bring it back empty and hope for an intact arrival.  The new wrinkle is the &quot;bandage&quot; or reinforcement to be applied prior to undocking.  From a forensic evidence preservation standpoint this seems like a good move.]]></description>
