Which is pretty much how Cape Canaveral looked in 1949. This is coastal land, and tidal. That was the basis for opposition from Austin-based Greenies. They are afraid that success will mean growth to the North, along the coast. IMHO, if and when the 10m diameter Raptor-propelled  launchers fly, it should be from Roosevelt Roads, in Puerto Rico. Those must be shipped by sea or air to any launch site, and so the advantage of delivery by road will not help Brownsville.]]></description>
