Of course Obama rejects the court’s decision. He believes the Constitution to be a document of negative rights, and this ruling reinforces this belief. From his point of view, it prevents him from being a dictatorial king (it requires that he deal with Congress, limits his terms in office, and even requires he run for office), getting everything he wants.

From our point of view, it prevents him from being a dictatorial king, taking everything from us.

This also illustrates how important it is to have Constitution-friendly Federal Judges (and Presidents who know how& WHY, to appoint them.). There are about 1,000 Federal Judges & on-average a President appoints about 300-400 in a term. (and the turn-over rate has been dropping recently as Obama loads up on younger & more Radical Judges. He’s had two terms to ‘fundamentally-transform’ the Federal bench, and SCOTUS is hanging in the balance.)

–Therein presents a huge problem; the Court can’t directly enforce laws/decisions, that’s the responsibility of the Executive & Legislative Branches. The Republican Congress has already given up their ‘power of the purse,’ so everything will stay status-quo for the time being. (Just the way the RINO’s love it.)
