					<description><![CDATA[I have to agree, the streak doesn&#039;t conform to the usual properties of image artifacts. It&#039;s shape is too soft on the left side and blends with the sky too well. Usually such artifacts are single bad pixels, as you can see elsewhere in the image, or in the case of larger groupings, they appear as square areas of random black and white pixels. This object has a defined shape and even looks like one would expect to see from a spacecraft entering the atmosphere.

I also agree that the likelihood of a meteor shooting by at the same time and in the same area of the sky as the lander&#039;s passing, is extremely remote.

My money is on that this is indeed an image of the lander.]]></description>
