Space Cargo Unlimited does seem to be a direct competitor to Varda. If it expects to keep that competition at all close, it would be well advised to seek launches on Falcon 9s as Varda does. Use of European launchers – except perhaps the new small ones – would guarantee uncompetitive economics even if the service quality was comparable to Varda’s.
