http://www.spaceflightinsider.com/ has a launch calendar and the “monitor” page shows most launches live.

http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?board=12.0 is the “live event” section of the NASAspaceflight forum with links to live launches and true expert comments about them.

And one can often see the launch on both the rocket company’s homepage AND the satellite company’s homepage. Chinese launches are often hard to see in real time AFAIK.
