The Shortwave bands are becoming increasingly underutilized and should be used by commercial and noncommercial stations to bring accurate news and commentary not done by big Conglomerates. 50,000-watt requirements is a stifling restriction that is obsoletely not needed to pass important information to the public.]]></description>
