I am reminded of Linus Pauling’s “Valence bond” theory ( a Nobel Laureate) which has been replace by molecular orbital theory. Yes, there is uncertainty in science. The key is “always” indicating that this is a “theory”. Those from the AGW model would do well to practice this (as well as the ozone hole theorists).
