In reply to Phill O. Phill O: From this article I would say the fix is in. They are only arguing over three aspects, none of which address the court's fundamental constitutional flaws. The House will buy these changes, and the law will pass, extending the court for about two more months. Whether they will get it extended further will depend on the politics, which I think are unfortunately on the side of the fascists in government.

I am all for surveillance of those working to destroy America. How to do this effectively while maintaining citizen privacy is the big question. Dealing with charges for the abuses by the Obama admin. personnel, is needed in all respects. Justice must be preserved or anarchy reigns.

Will be interesting to see the Senate version, if they accept the house version, or add additional changes.

Still, the dems must be prosecuted as they abused the powers from this law, as it was written.

The deep state does not adhere to laws anyway. The whole Obama admin violated security laws as shown by the Hillary email scandal.
