She now looks like a fool. And everything she does or says about this in the future is only to cover her ass.
Every thinking human in America knew this would NEVER stand up to legal scrutiny but she in her ignorance never thought of that. She just wanted to strike out at her opponents and did so in the most ham handed way possible, ultimately harming herself in the end.

The same with the NY state gun/magazine laws. They are now stuck with the choice of repealing the law or hunting down and prosecuting an estimated tens of thousands of residents who never complied with the law.

Both options erode their authority.
