Those F16 will have more than enough places to operate out of and even hide inside warehouses.

US air force units train on how to quickly turn any straight three lane road into a landing strip. I could have an aluminum light pole down in a literal minute.

The F 16 has always been able to be remotely flown. Its fly by wire so its all electronically controlled. One aspect of this is that the plane can be flown over G. The pilot could pass out in a high G maneuver and the plane will fly up and out of the conflict area until the pilot regains consciousness, normally just a few seconds. But no it can not be turned into a pilot less fighter and run missions. Though it can be turned into a drone. It will not be turned into a drone in the Ukraine thats just a waste of a good fighter.
