Yes, a hate crime against all infidels and dhimis. Jihad is extreme religious and cutlrual intolerance masking as Islamic theology but in actuality, it is an evil political idealogy similar to Nazism.
No Jew, Christian, Hindu, Buddist or other should tolerate this bastardization of religion. Never again starting now.
