Orbital has done this for years with Pegasus.&quot;  My second thought was that LauncherOne was vaporware but they have designed their own engines, the Newton series, and have already tested them.  I like the fact that they are trying to get into the cubesat market.  They have listed 300kg into a sun-synchronous orbit which is pretty good.

I wish them the best of British Luck on their first launch this year.
