Yes, barely. But that’s enough with clever enough engineering.

Here’s a demonstration of the prototype, three years ago. It is a payload on the Mars 2020 rover/co-chopper. This is actually happening within a few years.

If I can put on my virtual mission planner cap for a moment…I would design an upcoming mission to include a Gopro type aerial helicopter scout to recon and 4k survey the landing site right after touchdown , So cheap , so easy, and so much faster than a turtle paced rover..or at least a hot air balloon..The data return would be enormous.
