					<description><![CDATA[Wind marks on the ground would seem to indicate movement of the dust devil to the North, as would the lack of track in that direction. The dust plume at the top of the &#039;devil appears to be blowing in the near-opposite direction. Not unexpected, as winds aloft are frequently at variance with wind on the ground.
