					<description><![CDATA[This doesn&#039;t suprise me... Every time I go for a walk in the forest here in Sweden I am amazed how every surface... Even bare rocks are covered in moss and lichen. They survive -30c ( -22 of your F ;-)  and a meter+ of snow for months no problems. Since moving here from the temperament UK I have gained an insight into just how tough and ubiquitous life is. 

Panspermia seems not so unlikely when you see life thriving in the most harsh of environments.]]></description>
