Once some data is wanted, it should have a flyable payload in a few years, or months, instead of nothing but decade-long projects getting funding. One interesting example may be that Astrobotics is already looking at MoonBats for flying into and surveying lunar Lava tube caves. *Many* possible payloads could fly on that.
