Ohio and Pennsylvania have no reciprocity agreement but we on the boarder can, and often do, by Out of State licenses because we often drive into Pennsylvania.

But I don't think there has ever been a prosecution of an Ohio resident who erroneously drove into Pennsylvania with their firearm.
It seems the local prosecutors have taken the position that as long as the handgun stays inside the car then nothing should be done.
A logical and polite agreement for both states and all sides.
