					<description><![CDATA[At least they caught the problems before launch.  I consider that to be a big improvement over launching faulty hardware, especially when it results in loss of mission.  Hooray for ground testing and quality control.  Delay of delivery is much better than loss of mission, objectives, or capabilities.]]></description>
