These blatant abuses of power will first have to be rectified, if that is possible, and then there will have to be exacted the pound of flesh. And what a pond it will be.

Obama will serve his purpose in the long term, first he was the counter balance to the extreme abuses of power of the Bush administration and second he will serve as a launching pad for reconnecting with the Constitution IMO.
