Voyager continues its internationalist push adding Canada to the list of nations involved in its various projects. Good move.

I don't know if any decision has been made yet as to what the orbital inclination of the Starlab space station is going to be, but the Canso, Nova Scotia site of the Maritime Launch Services spaceport is only a bit over 45 degrees north latitude. If Starlab is deployed in the same orbit as ISS, or even in an orbit with a modestly shallower inclination, it seems as though the MLS spaceport would be a reasonable place from which to launch Starlab resupply missions. Perhaps, at some point, MLS could even support crew launches from its Canso site.

Should be an interesting next few years in the Great White North.
