But I also recall the number of contracted-for Soyuz launches being in the 20’s. If eight of these are going to be handled directly by the Russians, these missions are presumably to high-inclination orbits. Perhaps OneWeb will be fortunate enough to get their birds aloft before the Russian space establishment utterly implodes.
