					<description><![CDATA[I was under the impression that OneWeb&#039;s Soyuz launches were to be from Kourou using the Europeanized Soyuz.  But I also recall the number of contracted-for Soyuz launches being in the 20&#039;s.  If eight of these are going to be handled directly by the Russians, these missions are presumably to high-inclination orbits.  Perhaps OneWeb will be fortunate enough to get their birds aloft before the Russian space establishment utterly implodes.]]></description>
