Angara has the potential to be interesting.

A family of common core vehicles, like Delta 4 (In that there are solid strapons for a single core, and 3, 5, and 7 core modules linked versions), using a RD-191, which is 1/4 of the RD-170 (Used on Zenit, which started as a strap on booster for Energia), or half the RD-180 used by Atlas V.

RP1/Kersone like Merlin. Lots of potential launchers in the family. Lots of room to grow.

But will they deliver, that seems like the key. (As Robert notes).
