I’ll suggest the ESA won’t bite on this. They already see what they are up against, and probably _should_ see a likely mission failure if they take it up. The .ru are fishing for some righteous indignation with this move.

“Oh, look how gracious we were and what they did to us in response.” And with that, what other seizures are they entitled to from their wounded pride?

A damn shame. There’s something in the water.
