					<description><![CDATA[This is an area I clearly do not understand, couldn&#039;t we say every object in the solar system or galaxay or universe has some specific electric potential which is different relative to other objects in said solar system or galaxy or universe, why can&#039;t we say every object is &quot;linked&quot; by electricity? im thinking maybe because the force from this charge difference is so small considering vast distances that it can never have any measurable effect we only say things are linked electrically if the difference in charge is big enough to see aurora or some other effect, but i have no idea really . cool article ^]]></description>
