Nothing new can be done anywhere without detailed environmental impact statements that take months, sometimes years, to complete, and almost always conclude that the proposed work can proceed without harm. Often however that conclusion can only come if the government and the private sector agree to funnel cash to environmental causes and organizations, if only to shut them up and prevent further lawsuits."

This is similar to what corruption looks like, but usually corruption is bribing government officials to give permission to build something, not bribe third parties to not sue. In this case, this is what extortion looks like. Here, it is being done with government permission, supervision, and assistance, which brings us back to what corruption looks like. Rewarding friends (communists dressed as ecologists) and punishing enemies (capitalists).

Well it could just be one of those last things on Bidens list before going away. Like trying to sell off the unused parts of the border fence now and not years ago.

Just a poke at Trump and his supporters in anyway.

Trump just needs to ask who ordered it and then fire them. If he can not fire them then make everything public. Let the people and their next employers know all about it.
