Move the MPLM (storage module) from the bottom of node 1 to Node 3.

This means bottom of Node 1 and Node 2 have CBM ports open for Berthing Cargo vehicles.

Move the spare PMA from Node 3 to top of Node 2. (Shuttle used front of Node 2 to dock).

Now you have 2 cargo berthing ports, and 2 crew docking ports. (NASA wants a backup available most of the time).

Plus PMA's are getting extension modules added to allow the commercial crew vehicles to dock to them. Brought up by a Dragon Cargo in the unpressurized trunk. (CRS-7 and CRS-8 and then BEAM In a later CRS mission).
