The first couple of months of the year includes the Chinese New Year which is roughly two weeks during which nothing much gets done in the PRC. The PRC launch rate will likely step back up at least a bit in March. The PRC has, historically, tended to cluster a disproportionate fraction of its annual launches in the final quarter of the year.
