John Shannon mentioned this in his presentation to Augustine as one of the key requirements for sidemount.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDGBxP3rYWw  It kinda looks like the Shuttle program is gearing up to compete with SpaceX and Orbital for resupply of the ISS.]]></description>
