Glad the kid was a fan of SpaceX as opposed to opponent. In addition to the soon to be built security / walls, it would make sense to offer tours to accommodate / direct public interest.

I suggest pressing charges against the kid in full and then hiring him. Direct his interest rather than stifle it.
